Volunteer help with small tasks, such as reading or writing letters, and shopping, is available to seniors.
Small home repairs, yard maintenance, and snow removal services are available (may cost a small fee).
Exercise classes for seniors to enhance quality of life are available throughout Kneehill County (as facilitators are available).

In Partnership with the Government of Canada and Elantive Mind and Move, Seniors Outreach is privileged to offer grief and loss support groups around Kneehill County. There are groups currently taking registrants in Three Hills, Linden, and Trochu. These groups are open to all members of the community and are completely free. Kneehill Dementia Friendly Communities is a group of community members in the Kneehill area dedicated to ensuring that those living with dementia and those who care for them feel supported and confident they can participate in their community in a meaningful way.
